Cal-Royal (CRP Securities) 500 Series Commercial Door Closer, factory tested to meet or exceed ANSI Standard 156.4 Grade 1. Fully adjustable sizes 1 thru 5. Universal application, non-handed, designed for all standard installations - Can be mounted regular arm, top jamb mount or Parallel arm. Parallel arm bracket included. Rack and pinion operation contained in a high tensile precision cast with needle bearing aluminum housing for the highest quality. Dual valve, closing and latching speed controlled by two separate regulating valves. Ideal for new construction and renovations, including commercial and industrial offices, retail buildings, hotels, condominiums, apartment complex and single family residences. UL Fire-Rated up to 3 hours. Barrier free, for ADA complaint doors up to 260 pounds. Universal hole pattern offering versatility - Can be used as an economical alternative to Norton 1600 series closers, as the Cal-Royal 500 series can retrofit doors with Norton 1600 and Yale 50 closers.
