The V-Slicer Plus Mandoline is made of durable ABS plastic with German surgical-grade stainless steel blades. 7mm and 3.5mm blades will julienne or shred cuts; the slicing insert will cut thick or thin slices. The ambidextrous Food Safety Holder features a serrated edge that safely pushes food off the slicer with minimal pressure. Steel pins grip most sizes and shapes of produce to create even slices every time. The caddy with a safety clip offers easy storage. Easy to clean; rinse under hot or cold running water immediately after use.

The Vital Multi-Slicer not only allows you to slice in 4 different thicknesses, but it also dispenses dressing onto the vegetables, so the salad ends up in the bowl with dressing and is ready to eat.
• WITH DRESSING FUNCTION – To add dressing, simply fill the designated cartridge with your dressing, close it, and start slicing! Use the multi-grater to prepare a delicious cucumber salad or delightful carpaccio from tomatoes or beets.
• SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / food holder. The food holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades. Additionally, fruits & vegetables can be completely processed until the end. The ergonomic handle with a rubber coating ensures comfortable handling.
• EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the food holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
